So you've found the perfect report, article or chart in PDF format and you'd like to use a section of it in an email. Only problem is, the creator has it locked. To quote Liz Lemon, blurg. Good news! The folks over at PDFUnlock have you covered. Simply upload the PDF you'd like to unlock and they'll take care of it for you. Reports under 5MB are free to unlock. It won't work if the original owner has it locked and password protected, but it's been my experience that most locked PDFs I've come across on the web aren't password protected.
